PACE is a non-profit community support service organization that provides support services to adults with disabilities who are committed to living independent lives. PACE provides support services to more than 350 individuals, who have a variety of disabilities. We operate 7 supportive housing sites where people live independently along with a Community Outreach division that provides support services in people’s homes. PACE has been accredited with Accreditation Canada, since 2010. PACE achieved the highest rating of Accredited with Exemplary Standing in our last survey in May 2022.

Position Overview
PACE is looking for an energetic, organized supervisor to assume the role of PROGRAM SUPERVISOR as a part of our management team.
Reporting to the Program Manager, the Program Supervisor coordinates and evaluates the provision of quality support services to clients and manages frontline employees at designated program locations in the Toronto area. This position currently works out of our Head Office Location(Dufferine/Lawrence) for three (3) days a week; two (2) days a week floating throughout our other programs. PLEASE NOTE: these work locations may change based on operational needs but all of our programs are located in the Toronto area.
The Program Supervisor works with the Program Manager, other members of the PACE Team and other community service providers consistently demonstrating and promoting the philosopy of "Independent Living".
This position is full-time (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday with a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefit package. Core work hours are 8:30am to 4:30pm. You are able to do a staggered start time one (1) hour either way of 8:30am. Given the nature of this role, you will be required to work some non standard hours (ie one evening per month, one weekend per quarter, an overnight shift twice a year and statutory holidays on an as needed basis) and on call work is required.
