PACE is a non-profit community support service organization that provides support services to adults with disabilities who are committed to living independent lives. PACE provides support services to more than 350 individuals, who have a variety of disabilities. We operate 7 supportive housing sites where people live independently along with a Community Outreach division that provides support services in people’s homes. PACE has been accredited with Accreditation Canada, since 2010. PACE achieved the highest rating of Accredited with Exemplary Standing in our last survey in May 2022.

Position Overview
PACE is looking for an energetic, organized supervisor to assume the role of PROGRAM SUPERVISOR as a part of our management team.
Reporting to the Program Manager, the Program Supervisor coordinates and evaluates the provision of quality support services to clients and manages frontline employees at designated Supportive Housing locations in the Toronto area.
The Program Supervisor works with the Program Manager, other members of the PACE Team and other community service providers consistently demonstrating and promoting the philosopy of "Independent Living".
Schedule & Work Locations
This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. The position is based primarily at our Yonge location (Yonge/Bloor) for 4 days a week with 1 day a week working from our Edwards Manor location(Newcastle/Royal York Rd). PLEASE NOTE: these work locations may change based on operational needs but all of our programs are located in the Toronto area.
This role follows a flexible two‑week rotating schedule, as outlined below:

Given the nature of this role, you will be required to work some non standard hours (ie an overnight shift twice a year and statutory holidays on an as needed basis) and on call work is required.
