PACE provides support services to more than 350 individuals who have a variety of disabilities. We operate 8 supportive housing sites where people live independently along with a Community Outreach Program that provides support services in people's homes.
PACE has been accredited with Accreditation Canada, since 2010. PACE’s last survey was in May 2026.

Position Overview
The Strategy Management Specialist is responsible for supporting and assisting the Director with strategy management, strategy execution and strategic project management. The specialist will actively support Senior Leadership with the development, maintenance and communication of the organization’s Strategic Plan and the associated performance metrics, implementation roadmap and annual organizational strategic goals. Using a project portfolio management approach, the role coordinates the strategic initiatives outlined in the strategic plan, the rolling detailed three-year implementation plan and annual strategic goal; conduct regular capacity assessments, identify interdependencies and risks among strategic projects, and collaborates with project sponsors and teams to address any issues that arise.
Additionally, the Specialist supports ongoing project and change management support for enterprise risk management, business continuity, accreditation and integrated quality, safety and risk planning processes and for facilitating the integration of results into the annual operational improvement priorities for approval by senior leadership.

The position is full time, 40-hour week, Monday to Friday; nonstandard hours may be required including periodic nights and weekends. The work location is primarily situated at Head Office (Dufferin/Lawrence) & periodic travel within the GTA will be required.
