PACE is a non-profit community service organization that provides support services to adults with disabilities who are committed to living independent lives.
PACE provides support services to more than 350 individuals who have a variety of disabilities. We operate 8 supportive housing sites where people live independently along with a Community Outreach Program that provides support services in people's homes.
PACE has been accredited with Accreditation Canada, since 2010. PACE’s last survey was in May 2022.

Position Overview
This new role is mission critical as the Strategy Execution manager will drive the execution of the organization's new strategic plan which is a “10-year vision of change”. This energetic leader will project manage the strategic initiatives through a rolling 3-year project portfolio management approach, ensuring effective oversight, capacity assessment, risk identification and mitigation.
Additionally, the manager will lead ongoing project and change management support for the enterprise risk management, business continuity and accreditation readiness processes.
Given the important nature of this work, the manager will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team members, shaping decisions that will impact the entire organization.

Reporting directly to Director, C S & E, you will shape decisions, accelerate change, and enable execution key initiatives that enables the implementation of the PACE strategic plan. What you will do:
Strategy Execution (60%)
Corporate Project Management (40%)
and integrate results into the planning cycle for establishing annual organizational goals for SLT and Board approval.

The position is full time, 40-hour week, Monday to Friday; nonstandard hours may be required including periodic nights and weekends. The work location is primarily situated at Head Office (Dufferin/Lawrence) & periodic travel within the GTA will be required.
